St.Patrick's Cathedral in Dublin - within a beatiful little park area - is a treasure. Both in terms of it's rich interior as well as it must be for the shop owners. While I ususally are hesitant to photograph in churches, I didn't feel bad at all to do it here after paying a rather high entrance fee and seeing a shop area within the cathedral. Anyhow a phantastic building and worth the money. St. Patrick is said to having passed Dublin and baptising converts from paganism to Christianity - close to the current cathedral a small wooden church was built to commemorate his visit.
