The continous movement of the North Sea waves - for me - create a kind of calming, comforting effect. On the other side the surge is powerful, aggressive, approaching the 2nd world war bunkers, which they subverted and flushed down the dunes - and finally work on fading these reminders of an unfortunate episode in history.
