Ireland in Black and White - Portfolio

Ireland in B/W - Digitally altered images with a high level of contrast, converted to black and white.

The intention is not just removing the color. I hope actually the changes help expressing the picture proposition as I felt it better than the original shoot could do.

It is an alienation leading more to an artwork I have in mind when taking the shoot, just as it is valid for the Portfolio "Ireland in Art". As well here as there the essence of the original image is still there and unaltered, no objects are added or removed, so it's more like a darkroom work than digital manipulation.
