The "Grand Arche" in Paris is the modern supplement to the famous Arc de Triomphe. Both face each other, so standing on the Arc de Triomphe you can spot the Grand Arche as on this image. If it's raining like in my case, it's better to have waterproof gear to catch this special atmosphere.
