Spot of luck
Nebelsonne

Close to Bammersdorf, Franconia, Germany, Europe
1989

One of my ealriest images still worth looking at. And more a coincidence than a planned image showcasing that luck plays an essential role in photography (besides patience and hard work). My "spot of luck" was a stroke of luck finally: On the way to visiting a friend in a nearby village, I saw the light and knew it will be a brilliant image. Which was hard to capture without camera - where the hard work came into play - rushing home, grabbing the camera and being back in time before the fog and the light finally vanished.
