Nature is the main reason for people travelling Norway. After my first trip I fully understand why.
Travelling from sealevel to more than 1000 meters altitude makes landscapes change rapidly. The variety is amazing, and every kind of environment is awesome in it's very own way.
Water is omnipresent - as sea, river, waterfall, lake, snow, glacier or river. And it forms the landscapes. Truely a paradise for nature enthusiasts - and photographers.
The river shown is the 245km long Otra, close to the large lake Hartevatnet in the Aust-Agder county. The Otra runs down to Kristiansand, where it flows into the Skagerak.
