The colorful redish rocks in the quarries of Roussillon in contrast to the fresh greens of the trees. Generally I love the bright ochres, reds and yellows - old clothes are recommend, as you'll bring lots of the pigments back to your car during the walk through the "Sentier des Ocres" - the Ochre Path.
